What Traffic Exchanges Deliver the Best Results?

One of the biggest questions new people ask, “What traffic exchanges should I surf to get maximum results with the least amount of effort?”

It’s a good question and I want to address it right here - right now.

After all, traffic exchanges are great for reaching other internet marketers and opportunity seekers.

Get Insane Amounts Of Traffic

Just by surfing four sites, with a tabbed browser, for a few hours, you can reasonably expect over 1200 visitors!

You will get even more traffic just by referring people to the exchanges you surf.

With numbers like that, it should come as no surprise the number of people using traffic exchanges is SKYROCKETING!

The trick is to know what exchanges to surf.

Pick the wrong exchanges and it doesn’t matter how many credits you get for surfing or joining because you won’t even get a small fraction of the promised traffic because they don’t have enough embers surfing the site to deliver the traffic in a timely manner.

But, man oh man, the sheer number of targeted visitors you get when you advertise on the good exchanges is staggering.

Beware of Most Advice Out There

Deciding what exchanges to surf used to be like one arcane ritual shrouded with hidden agendas and ulterior motives.

You really had to take most of the advice regarding which exchanges to use with a grain of salt,  sometimes you best use the whole salt shaker.

People would recommend exchanges for their own reasons. Common reasons include wanting to build a downlines and/or picking some quick referral commissions on launches.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to build downlines or collect commissions but are
exchanges being recommended are ones newcomers should be surfing?

To really understand how some ranking services can be manipulated read Tim Linden’s post about the Traffic Hoopla Rankings

Finally, There Are Rankings You Can Trust

That has all changed with a new ranking service here thousands of users now rank the exchanges so the cream does rise to the top - as it should.

Here is the best part. Being the opinion of thousands of surfers, the results are not clouded by hidden agendas. This means you can be rest assured you will actually get the traffic you need to build our business.

Splash Pages - The easy way to blow past the Firefox noscript plugin and get your site seen!

Splash pages are not new.

Jon Olson, of ILoveHits.com, says, “for years I have been telling people to think of traffic exchange advertising like billboards on the freeway. You are not going to stop for a cup of coffee just because you saw a Tim Hortons’ billboard. But later you, when you want coffee that billboard may influence what coffee you buy.”

He continues,

“Traffic Exchange advertising is like that too. People are driving traffic when they are surfing. Its a simple as that. they aren’t going to read your sales letter or watch a 15 minute video but they may later.”

Jon uses what he calls the ACA formula when designing splash pages.

It stands for

Attention
Curiosity
Action

But, hardly anybody uses splash pages. Those of us who do swear by Jon’s mantra because they get results.

Well if getting results wont sway the masses maybe a little fear will do the trick.

Did you know people using Firefox can also use the noscript plugin to block scripts from sites they don’t want to see?

Thousands of surfers are doing just that. That means if you are promoting a site people don’t like; they may never ever see it and you just wasted a credit.

However, when you use a simple splash page with basic HTML and graphics it will be get by the noscript plugin every time!

Here is more information about splash pages.

Trafficera, the Frankenstein of Traffic Exchanges, Delivers Fast Furious Traffic

Trafficera opened for surfing yesterday at 3:00 PM PST and is on schedule to deliver nearly one million page views in their first 24 hours according to Logiscape. Logiscape revealed this in a thread started by Harry Nguyen of SavvyClicks.com at netmarketingforum.com Harry went through 10,000 time credits in 15 minutes.

Trafficera is assembled from bits and pieces of innovations first used on other traffic exchanges like Frankenstein’s monster. There is really only one new feature haven’t seen before.

Jon Olson owner of ILoveHits.com and founder and co-owner of AffiliateFunnel.com, said, “you can join teams at Tim Linden’s StartXchange. You can chat with other surfers at Michael Kelly’s RoyalSurf. And when the splash page network gets going you will say that’s just like Franscisca Kruissink introduced first at Hit2Hit.com

What is new is the ability to advertise on your profile and in groups. People are clicking on my links and joining my list The web 2.0 part does pay off.

William Brant, the author of 13 Deadly Traffic Exchange Tragedies and MaxTrafficPro.com and I were just talking about this while we were just chasing clocks on trafficera. You are missing out on a lot of traffic if you don’t market through your trafficera blog.

All and all, Logiscape did wonders putting the whole thing to together into amazing package. “Absolutely brilliant”, remarked Jon Olson, “you really need to get your name and splash pages into rotation on trafficera.”
